MaryEllen Curtis

CO-OWNER

After having careers as a Home Interiors Representative and owning her own business as a Manicurist, MaryEllen had a desire to help the generation before her. Along with her husband they opened Still Waters Cottages in their private residence. In her words, “Seniors are our untapped national treasure. My joy is to hold someone’s hand and give them comfort and love.”

After owning and operating their home for 20+ years, MaryEllen retired from caregiving in September of 2022. Since then, she has started a new business, Still Waters Placement Services, LLC, where she is passionate about helping her community find care homes for their loved ones.

In her spare time, MaryEllen enjoys knitting/crocheting, scrapbooking, and

spending time with their grandchildren. Her and her husband are fanatical fans of Spokane Chiefs hockey! They have a sweet Yorkie named Molly, a cat “Mr. Tommy” and a Green-Cheeked Conure named Bella.
